Luxus ® Walnut consists primarily of a very large collection of privately held stock blanks. It started with the admiration of fine custom guns and the love of beautifully grained walnut, primarily Juglans Regia and even more directly that of eastern Europe. Years ago we started buying blanks for our own custom guns. Eventually we began buying in larger numbers . Along the way we made key business partners. Now our passion has grown into a business .

When you buy from us you are buying direct from the source, Maranli-Luxus Gunstock Company is a joint partnership based in the United States with offices in Istanbul, Turkey and Milford, Ohio U.S.A.

While we do have some California-English walnut we will be offering far more Turkish walnut. They are, as many of you know, the same nut. There are some small differences beside geography however. The Turkish trees are often hundreds of years old and they have grown on their own root. In the better parts of eastern Europe the trees also have a hard life. With the long hard life comes figure, the finest figure to be found. Once you have worked or owned a stock of Circassian, soft shelled walnut, old world walnut or my favorite, "Jupiter's acorn" there is nothing else that compares.

We have tried in every way to make this site easy to shop through and easy to buy from. Should you decide to purchase online your payment will be through a secure online transfer. You may use a preferred credit card or even paypal. Your personal name and address will never be shared or sold with anyone. Your blank will be shipped via FedEx within a day or two of payment.

Note: All the blanks listed on our site have been photographed both dry and with mineral spirits and often in different lighting. This is done to show the various shades and colors of the blanks. Every effort has been made to show the true quality and color of the blanks. Your screen settings may be different than ours and therefore the color, contrast and saturation may differ.

Some of the photos have a black pattern made of wood laid over them in an effort to show the stock within.
